FinnkinEZ is an independent, unofficial application for browsing Finnkino's publicly available cinema showtimes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Finnkino Oy. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer.
None. FinnkinEZ has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The developer receives no data about you or your use of the app.
The app saves a small amount of information locally on your device only — your selected cinema and your acceptance of the in-app disclaimer — so the app remembers your preferences between launches. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
To show cinema schedules and film posters, the app makes read-only requests over a secure (HTTPS) connection to Finnkino's and its service providers' publicly available systems. These requests retrieve showtime and poster information; they do not send any personal information about you.
FinnkinEZ does not process payments or sell tickets. When you choose to book, the app opens Finnkino's own website in your browser. Any information you enter there is handled by Finnkino under their privacy policy, not this one.
The app is a general-audience showtimes browser and is not directed at children. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
